Position: Hourly Manager (New Restaurant/Training)
About: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hourly Manager for our new restaurant training program in Las Cruces. The Hourly Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure proper team member training, and provide excellent customer service in collaboration with the General Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, Experience opening a new restaurant, Bilingual in English and Spanish
