Position: Hourly Manager (New Restaurant/Training)
About: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hourly Manager for our new restaurant training program in Las Cruces. As the Hourly Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all team members are properly trained and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
