About: Towne Park is looking for a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests by parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and offering information and assistance during their stay.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen; Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions; ability to present information to guests and employees; ability to perform basic math and operate a manual transmission; perform parallel parking
