Position: Hotel Restaurant Line Cook

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred; six months past line cooking experience necessary; ability to read, write and speak basic English; good interpersonal and group social skills; organizational and multi-tasking abilities; knowledge of food recipes and menus; basic knife handling skills; experience with kitchen equipment; physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
