Position: Hotel Regional Sales Manager
About: Anant Enterprises, an expert in real estate development and hospitality operations, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Lincoln area. The role involves coordinating and implementing sales and marketing plans for multiple hotel properties in the Omaha area. The individual will collaborate closely with the Revenue Team and area General Managers, focusing on selling 3 hotels in the Lincoln market.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hotel sales and analysis experience required, preferably in management or selling of multiple hotels and/or brands like Hilton, Marriott, IHG; self-motivated with strong time management skills, ability to set and achieve priorities, and a proactive approach; strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, function well under pressure, delegate effectively, and remain positive under stress; possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue Management to increase revenue in assigned hotels; proficiency in systems like TravelClick Demand, Rate and Agency 360, IHG Concerto, IHG RFP, MarRFP, One Yield, STR, and other evolving systems
