Position: Hotel Operations Manager – Bellagio
About: MGM Resorts International, a premier entertainment company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team as a Front Desk Manager. This role involves providing crucial support to the Senior Hotel Manager and leading the front desk operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with the company’s service standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, management, or related field; 2+ years of prior relevant experience in employee direction and management in a hotel environment; previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement; technical knowledge and experience with Opera and HotSOS or other service optimization system; previous experience working in a similar resort setting
