Position: Hotel Manager, Atlanta Marriott Marquis
About: Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations, acting as General Manager in their absence. Responsible for various areas including Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Event Management. Develops and implements property operations strategy to meet brand service goals and financial targets.
Requirements: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years of experience; or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in management operations, sales, or marketing. Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
