Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician
About: The Hilton Garden Inn Mall of St. Matthews is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as assigned. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel facilities at the hotel.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Verbal and written communication skills; Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergency situations; Reasoning abilities are always utilized; Basic maintenance skills required; Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment; Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly; Must have a desire to serve all guests; Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
