Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician
About: The Hilton Garden Inn Warwick is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the operation, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment as assigned at the hotel. MCR, the 3rd-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, owns a portfolio of 148 premium-branded hotels across 37 states and 106 cities, operating under various Marriott and Hilton brands.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; verbal and written communication skills; ability to react quickly and calmly in emergency situations; reasoning abilities are always utilized; basic maintenance skills required; proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment; must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; must be able to convey information and ideas clearly; must have a desire to serve all guests; must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.
