Position: Hotel Housekeeping Coordinator, Caesars Tower (Caesars New Orleans)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus. At least one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a housekeeping or front desk role is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with various hotel departments. Understanding of and commitment to safety and hygiene protocols. Six months previous experience in personal computers required; must be familiar with Windows and Excel. Must possess excellent customer relations and communications skills. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must type at least 35 wpm.
