Position: Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)
About: Hyatt Place Nashville-Hendersonville is seeking Hotel Hosts (Front Desk Agents) to contribute to the hotel’s commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork. The Hotel Host creates an exceptional experience for guests with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service in a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in/out, and meeting room servicing. Previous guest service experience and effective communication skills with guests are required. Hyatt Place offers a unique hotel experience focusing on design, cuisine, and attentive service, aiming to inspire guests.
