Position: Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)
About: Hyatt Place is looking for dedicated Hotel Hosts who contribute to the hotel’s commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork. The Hotel Host creates a superior guest experience by providing welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service in a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. This role is responsible for various guest services areas including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and meeting room servicing. Previous guest service experience and strong communication skills with guests are essential for this position. Hyatt Place is known for its innovative design, cuisine, and attentive service, aiming to inspire and provide guests with a unique hotel experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous guest service experience; excellent communication skills with guests
