Position: HOTEL HOST (GUEST SERVICE AGENT)
About: Hyatt Hotels is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Hosts to contribute to the exceptional guest service experience. Hotel Hosts play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, ensuring a memorable stay at Hyatt Place in a dynamic and rewarding hotel setting.
Requirements: Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field; schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; strong command of the English language for speaking, reading, and writing; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction; multitasking skills; minimum age of 18 years; high school diploma or equivalent required; ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs); basic computer skills including Word, Excel, etc.
