Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: SREE Hotels is seeking an experienced General Manager at their Residence Inn by Marriott property, located in the Piper Glen/Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience; Minimum of 1 year of Marriott brand experience; Experience with select-service and/or full-service hotels; Associates degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; Understanding of hotel operations and administration including brand standards, food & beverage, human resources, budgeting and forecasting, P&L, and safety; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail skills; Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and train staff; Ability to take direction from and work directly with ownership; Proficient in Microsoft products
