Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest USA flagged cruise line in the United States, is seeking Hotel General Managers to join the shipboard team for the 2025 season. Operating exclusively within the United States, the company maintains a fleet of no more than 200 passenger vessels, providing a unique small ship experience. With new vessels added to the fleet, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of the shipboard management team.
Requirements: 3+ years of hotel or food and beverage management experience; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is preferred; Willingness to live and work aboard the ship; Optimism and a hardworking drive to succeed; Cruise industry experience not required; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
