Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: SREE Hotels, a rapidly expanding property management group in the Southeast with 24 brand name hotels in Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia, Cincinnati, and Myrtle Beach, specializing in well-respected brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. Corporate Office located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience is required; Minimum of 1 year of Marriott brand experience is required; Experience with select-service and/or full-service hotels is required; Associates degree in Hospitality, Business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Understanding of hotel operations and administration including brand standards, food & beverage, human resources, budgeting and forecasting, P&L and safety; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail skills; Proven ability to recruit, motivate and train staff; Ability to take direction from and work directly with ownership; Proficient in Microsoft products
