Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest USA flagged cruise line in the United States, is seeking Hotel General Managers to join the shipboard team for the 2025 season. Operating within the U.S. with unique small ship experiences on vessels accommodating up to 200 passengers, the company offers a great opportunity to be part of the shipboard management team overseeing hotel and food service operations while ensuring top-notch guest service in a safe and clean environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred; 3+ years of hotel or food and beverage management experience; willingness to live and work aboard the ship; optimism, and a hardworking drive to succeed; TWIC required
