Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: This hotel is seeking a Residential Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on revenue generation, guest and employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection. The role involves providing leadership, training, and support to hotel employees to maintain a high-quality guest experience. The manager will reside in a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom apartment with all utilities covered as part of the benefits package.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business is desirable; 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar hotel management role. Strong leadership, financial management, and guest service skills are essential. Proficiency in computer software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access required.
