Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; minimum of 5 years of experience in General Manager or related roles with a proven proficiency in Food and Beverage and a strong focus on operations; exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team; strong financial acumen and experience in budget management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
