Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel; strong food and beverage background; excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues; ability to create and execute revenue growth plans; fiscal responsibility in managing the hotel’s financial viability; Hilton experience preferred
