Position: Hotel General Manager job

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager, preferably in a luxury or upscale property; Vacation Rental and hospitality experience essential; Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, revenue management, and capital improvement programs and budgets; Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations; Proficient in hotel management software and systems; Exceptional interpersonal skills with an owner/customer-focused approach; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
