Requirements: Ten+ years of progressive management experience in leading hospitality settings with operational management experience in Guest Services, Rooms Division, Entertainment activities, F&B, and revenue outlet operations; demonstrated leadership capabilities in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution; quality-driven with a passion for delivering guest-centric operations and quality service standards; results-driven with the ability to analyze, adjust, and hit company targets; knowledge of environmental, public health, and human resources functions; ability to manage international staff positively and productively; full comprehension of HACCP procedures for sanitation and cleanliness; personal characteristics include leadership ability, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and collaborative work style fostering teamwork and working well under stress; preferred qualifications include innovation, creative thinking, multi-discipline skills/experience at a senior level, and a degree in hospitality management or related fields
