Requirements: Previous experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel is required; hands-on management style for a boutique hotel; excellent communication skills; ability to create and execute revenue growth plans; fiscal responsibility for financial management; food & beverage experience with upscale cuisine preferred; IHG experience preferred
