Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred; ability to communicate effectively in all situations, develop and monitor revenue and sales opportunities, adjust costs according to market conditions, manage, train, and motivate a diverse team; Bachelor’s degree preferred with knowledge of the hospitality industry; good verbal and written communication skills; computational ability; advanced Excel and computer skills; ability to supervise situations and accomplish goals on a timely basis
