Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: American Cruise Lines, the largest USA flagged cruise line in the United States, is seeking Hotel General Managers to join their shipboard team for the 2025 season. Operating exclusively within the United States, American Cruise Lines offers a unique small ship experience with a fleet of no more than 200 passenger vessels. With new ships being added, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the shipboard management team, immersing yourself in the hospitality, food service, and cruise industries while traveling the country’s rivers and waterways.
Requirements: 3+ years of hotel or food and beverage management experience; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred; Willingness to live and work aboard the ship; Optimism and a hardworking drive to succeed; TWIC certification
