Position: Hotel Front Desk Manager
About: Hotel Topeka at City Center is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Manager who will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty. As the first point of contact for guests, you will lead the front desk operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED); over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position; proficiency in bookkeeping with Microsoft Word and Excel; at least 1 year of hospitality experience; excellent communication, management, and multitasking skills
