About: A boutique lifestyle hotel in San Francisco, CA, is looking for a dynamic Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations for their 100+ room property, inclusive of a restaurant and facilities catering to business and leisure travelers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Housekeeping program certification, or a minimum of two years of related supervisory experience; Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred; Multilingual skills are a plus; Ability to read and interpret business documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders; Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions; Understanding of excellent customer service principles and processes; Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, speak, hear, and lift objects up to 50 pounds; Moderate to loud noise levels, with temperature fluctuations from cold to hot
