Position: HOTEL EVENT CONCIERGE

About: At Hyatt, an upscale hotel chain renowned for its exceptional service and guest experiences, we are in search of a dedicated Event Concierge to act as a liaison between our hotel staff and event planners, ensuring the seamless execution of on-site events. The Event Concierge plays a pivotal role in connecting with planners, coordinating with various hotel departments, and creating solutions to ensure event success and guest satisfaction. Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of hotel and/or food & beverage experience preferred; Refined verbal and written communication skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours daily and lift heavy objects; Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Strong time management and multitasking abilities under pressure; Positive leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members; Quick learner of new systems, proficient in Outlook; Knowledge of food and beverage operations; Exceptional customer service and open availability 7 days a week; Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
