Position: Hotel Efficiency, Resource & Operations Coordinator
About: Choice Hotels International, Inc., one of the largest lodging franchisors globally, is seeking a Hotel Efficiency, Resource & Operations Coordinator in the Brand Operations Department – Core Brands. This role involves supporting brand programs and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, program engagement, and franchise support efficiency across a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale properties.
Requirements: Associate College Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3 years previous hotel leadership experience, with Choice branded hotel experience preferred; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Relationship builder – ability to hold franchisee owners and GMs accountable to actions with tact and poise; Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Must be able to model Choice’s Values; Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
