Position: Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection – Server-Full Service Restaurant 1
About: Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking Servers to be responsible for taking customer’s food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and ensuring compliance with alcohol purchase age requirements. The role involves providing high-quality service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner in a dynamic hotel setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations); ability to convey information and ideas clearly; ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
