Position: Hotel & Casino Valet Attendant – Ameristar Casino, East Chicago

The Guest Service Associate role focuses on delivering attentive and efficient assistance to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles, handling luggage, and providing helpful information to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); A valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check and drug screen; One (1) month related experience and/or training; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and handle American currency; Ability to operate manual transmission is desirable
