Position: Hotel Banquet Captain
About: An upscale banquet hall in need of a Banquet Supervisor to oversee food and beverage service, room set-up, and customer interactions before and during events. The role involves ensuring adherence to liquor regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards to create an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Basic knowledge of food and beverage service; Knowledge of table settings and service ware; Ability to make quick decisions and stay organized under pressure; Prior banquet or food service experience; Safety training including CPR and First Aid certifications
