Position: Hotel Assistant General Manager
About: SREE Hotels LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for The Cincinnatian Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, located in Downtown Cincinnati. Requirements: At least 3 years of hotel supervisory or management experience required; Hilton Brand experience strongly preferred; Full operational knowledge of property management system; Must be a positive role model for staff and co-workers with ability to identify and resolve problems timely; Must be flexible in work hours to accommodate last minute changes in scheduling; Must be able to change tasks and adjust energy level needed to accommodate a fast-paced environment; Must have strong interpersonal skills to engage and interact with associates and guests; Must be detail-oriented in supervising staff, inspection of facilities, and completing assignments
