Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a fine dining establishment; prior hosting and to-go experience in a high-volume environment; proficiency in using reservation systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred; flexibility to work part-time or on-call with varying shifts.
