About: TGI Fridays is seeking a friendly and service-oriented individual to join their team at 833 Kimball Ave, Bldg 13A Yonkers, NY. As a TGI Fridays team member, you will be responsible for greeting guests, ensuring excellent dining experiences, and upholding high service standards throughout the establishment.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; Must be able to read menus; Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as understand requests for assistance; Must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to coworkers and managers; Must be able to hear well in a loud environment, walk and stand during entire shift, reach, bend, stoop, and carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs).
