About: TGI Fridays, located at 4701 Firestone Blvd in South Gate, CA, is seeking a friendly and service-oriented individual to join their team. As a member of the TGI Fridays restaurant, you will be responsible for greeting guests, ensuring an excellent dining experience, and maintaining high standards of service from arrival to departure.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; must be able to read menus; must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as understand requests for assistance; must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to colleagues; must be able to hear well in a loud environment; must be able to walk, stand, reach, bend, stoop, wipe, carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs); high school diploma or equivalent preferred
