Requirements: Educational Requirements: Sanitation Certified, TiPS Training; Previous experience as a waiter or maitre’d in a fine dining steakhouse or restaurant of more than 6 months, preferably in a casino environment; Language Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages; Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to apply common sense, deal with problems with multiple variables, and obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
