About: TGI Fridays, located at 5359 E 41st St in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a friendly and attentive Front Host/Hostess to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The role involves greeting and seating guests with a smile, providing information on promotions and ensuring smooth handoffs to the service staff.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; Must be able to read menus; Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests and understand requests for assistance; Must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to team members; Must have good hearing in a loud environment and be able to walk, stand, reach, bend, stoop, and carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs)
