Position: Host(ess) job
About: TGI Fridays is looking for a Host(ess) to present a positive first impression and deliver excellent service to guests, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. The role involves greeting, seating, and bidding farewell to guests to enhance their dining experience in a welcoming environment.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; must be able to read menus; must articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as understand requests for assistance; must clearly communicate guests’ needs to service staff; must have the ability to hear well in a loud environment and stand for entire shifts; must possess physical capabilities to carry trays or supplies (10-30lbs) and perform necessary tasks.
