About: TGI Fridays is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Dining Host/Hostess to join their team. The role involves greeting guests, seating them, managing the flow of the dining and bar areas, and ensuring an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; must be able to read menus; must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as understand requests for assistance; must be able to clearly communicate guests’ needs to coworkers; must have good hearing in a loud environment; must be able to walk, stand, reach, bend, stoop, and lift trays or supplies (10-30 lbs)
