Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least six (6) months of experience in fine dining or high-volume environment; knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; knowledgeable of food and beverage operations; extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service; positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in a team environment; ability to stay calm and focused during busy times; ability to meet physical demands of the position; fluent in English, additional languages preferred
