Requirements: Educational Requirements: Sanitation Certified, TiPS Training. Previous experience as a waiter or maitre’d in a fine dining steakhouse or restaurant of more than 6 months, preferably in a casino environment. Language Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages for practical use. Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow instructions, solve problems with multiple variables, and comply with work authorization requirements per regulations.
