About: TGI Fridays in Manchester, NH is seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess to ensure excellent guest service and uphold high standards at the establishment. The role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing information about promotions and services to enhance the overall dining experience at TGI Fridays.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; must be able to read menus; must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as understand requests for assistance; must have strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members; must excel in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to guest needs; must be able to work in a loud environment, walk, stand, reach, bend, stoop, and carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs)
