About: North Beach Village Resort, located in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking friendly and attentive individuals to join their team in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: Ability to communicate with the public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner; Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events; Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures; Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette; Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time; Must be able to withstand working in heat, rain, sun, and cold; Attention to cleanliness and safety; Patience and customer-oriented approach; Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude; Responsible and trustworthy; High school diploma is a plus but not required; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
