About: Live! by Loews St. Louis, MO is a branded collaboration between Loews Hotels, The Cordish Companies, and the St. Louis Cardinals, offering unscripted, locally handcrafted experiences for guests in the Ballpark Village Live! complex. This hotel features 216 guestrooms, 17,000 square feet of event space, multiple food and beverage outlets including an outdoor lounge and a Bourbon Bar.
Requirements: Supervises restaurant activities in absence of Manager; controls Reservation Book, accepts reservations, and enters them accurately into the record; maintains guest history files to enhance repeat guests’ experience; assigns work stations, inspects dining room and service areas, maintains guest records, greets guests, determines guest needs, guides guests to tables, assists with seating, ensures dining room cleanliness, inspects menus, communicates guest seating to servers, monitors dining room activity, assists as needed, assigns post-meal side work, maintains dining room appearance; promotes teamwork, notifies of problems promptly, executes emergency procedures, complies with safety regulations, attends meetings and training, maintains cleanliness, follows hotel standards, recycles, remains informed about hotel information changes, complies with uniform standards
