About: Kona Grill is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to welcome and seat guests with exceptional service at their restaurant. The role involves coordinating dining room operations, taking to-go orders, answering phone calls, and handling reservations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and stand for extended periods; Effective multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment; Strong interpersonal skills for friendly and enthusiastic interactions with guests and coworkers; Preferred experience in high volume or fast casual dining settings
