About: Hyatt Hotels, located at 1816 North Clark Street, is looking for a Restaurant Associate/Greeter/Team Member to join their team. As a Host at Hyatt Hotels, you will be responsible for welcoming, greeting, and escorting guests to tables in the outlets. You will also monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas, maintain knowledge of table/seat numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, address, phone number, and proper restaurant setup, as well as ensure the cleanliness of work areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
