Position: Host – Top of the East
About: The Westin Portland Harborview is currently seeking a part-time Host for their 15th-floor lounge. The Westin Portland Harborview provides travelers a perfect vantage point to explore Maine’s largest city with a historic hotel opened in 1927 as the Eastland Park Hotel, offering plush rooms and suites, stunning views, and on-site dining options.
Requirements: High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; able to convey information clearly; evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; multi-task effectively; show initiative in job performance; meet deadlines consistently; handle problems in the workplace efficiently; assimilate complex information from different sources; work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions; listen, understand, and clarify concerns raised by co-workers and guests.
