Position: Host (The Stadium)
About: A Host greets and facilitates the guest experience by scheduling reservations, organizing server sections, and maintaining an efficient customer flow. The Host is responsible for communicating feedback from customers and informing staff of menu or operational changes. This position is in a hospitality setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (RED) or foreign high school diploma (FHD); excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a supportive team environment; over 18 years of age with a friendly smile, a good attitude, and excellent customer service skills; effective communication in English; dependable, flexible, and available for any shift, especially weekends; ability to stand, bend, and lift for an 8 to 10-hour shift; willing to work in a smoking environment and adhere to company health and safety measures.
