Position: Host/Server Assistant
About: A restaurant in need of a Server Assistant to provide a friendly welcome and farewell to guests, assist in seating guests, and support the service team in ensuring guest satisfaction using the Table Management System (TMS). The ideal candidate will contribute to a teamwork-based work environment and maintain a welcoming attitude to enhance the dining experience for guests.
Requirements: Must be at least 17 years of age; no prior work experience required; ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations; ability to process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions; proficient in operating office equipment; attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills; consistent professional attitude with effective communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and efficient
